What To Expect
After you order...
You will receive a notification email with instructions for anything we need from you based on what you ordered.
Typically, this will include account access so we can publish your ordered items once approved.
We will begin working on your order shortly after it comes in, usually within 1 business day, and have drafts ready for your review, edits, and approval within 5 business days.
Account Access Needed
If you would like us to post content to your accounts, we will need account access in order to schedule those posts appropriately.
Alternatively, we can provide you with the content to schedule or post on your own if you do not wish to grant us access - which is totally fine.
Topics & Images
After you order your services, there will be an Intake form to tell us about your company, products, services, and desired topics for your content. In addition, there will be a form field to upload photos as well so we can use them with any appropriate content.
In the event that you do not provide us with topics, images, or other information - we will do our best to generate content related to your company and subject matter utilizing stock or AI-generated sources.
Communication
All communication will be via email for documentation and record keeping purposes.
In the rare event that we do need to schedule a call to discuss more complex matters, we will provide a scheduling link and online meeting link to utilize.
